How to encourage your children to become entrepreneurs. Five lessons to try at home

During this time when #StamAcasa, any family activity can turn into a lesson in entrepreneurship with the little one. Here are some ideas that you can put into practice in the coming days.

1. Involve him in your business or job.  He can certainly get curious, so challenge him to a discussion about what you do every day. He will be happy to help you at the "office" if you give him simple tasks. For example, ask him to be in charge of arranging the papers in the printer.

2. Encourage his creativity. Give him paper money and set up shop in the living room. Let him choose the products he wants in the amount of money he received. Then switch roles: he-to sell, you-to buy.

3. Feed her curiosity. Let him invent and reinvent new rules for games. Even challenge him to create a new game. Then you all play by his rules.

4. Tell them about failures. Great entrepreneurs already know that failure is part of the game, which is why success is so sweet. But even the smallest setbacks can be devastating to a child. Explain, patiently, that the next steps will be even better than the first.

5. Have fun! Everyday activities can become real lessons, even if they are not related to business. Instead of calling him directly to the table, turn the kitchen into a restaurant and challenge the little one to become the manager and chef. He will decide the arrangement of the table and the menu. Then he will help you with your preparations. All these activities will bring him joy and fulfillment.

Finally, remember that activities that stimulate his creativity and entrepreneurial spirit don't have to take up your time and money. You just need a new perspective.
