We are recruiting Trainers

We are recruiting a dedicated and passionate trainer to work with children aged 7 to 12 in KEN Academy. You fit perfectly in our team if you like to learn, document, organize yourself easily, but also be spontaneous and creative at the same time, responsible and enjoy any interaction with children.

You must want to help the little ones develop life and leadership skills and prepare them for everything that happens in the ever-changing society in which we live. You will help them discover that within themselves there is a multitude of possibilities that deserve to be developed.

The job will take place between 16:00 and 19:30 during the week, but we also need you at weekends for the children's sales fairs.

KEN Academy is a young team, involved in the permanent growth of the program. Our story began six years ago, when we were working with only 16 children. Now there are 150 children in the permanent entrepreneurial education program, 300 children have already enjoyed KEN camps, and financial education has reached over 2000 children!

Together, we aim for each child to understand that he is capable of being financially independent, to know how to act to achieve this, to be familiar with how to organize and manage a business. In this way, each student is stimulated to discover their maximum potential and to make efforts to achieve it.

Through the KEN program, children build their own businesses within marketing events (including sales). They come into direct contact with the market, get to know the customers personally and learn to work in a team.
