Every child has the potential to become the leader of his own life, to overcome any obstacle and attract new, and suitable opportunities.
The world we live in is defined by speed, novelty and innovation. That is why it is so important to develop in children a set of life skills and a mindset that will help them embrace all the challenges thrown at them.
In the module KEN Online Entrepreneurial Mindset & Financial Education, we want to guide them to discover their own value, to see in themselves that they are leaders but also to train their teamwork muscle that comes with resilience, negotiation and effective communication.
Children also learn what is money and what impact they have in everyday life, how they can organize them and how they can build a budget, what it means to save and what is the importance of a savings plan, what is a bank and how to use different bank cards.
They also find out the secret behind the price tag: why is the same bottle of water found, in different places at different prices?!
We want that through this module, children develop their ability to make wise decisions from a financial perspective.
Financial education and entrepreneurial skills are essential for the harmonious development of the future adult, but they start now, in childhood.
- the module contains 17 live sessions for 70 minutes, Sundays, 10:00 – 11:15
- performance period: 6.12.2020 – 25.04.2021
- groups with 8 – 12 participants
- age categories: 9 – 12 years
- interactive teaching and facilitated by a Smaranda Vlad, trainer KEN
- the teaching platform used is Zoom
- parents will receive information about the mode, curricula, learning resources for the child
- participation fee: 1275 lei.
- the module will have a surprise guest, an entrepreneur who will share his own experience with the children
Enrollment in the module is conditional on signing the contract and paying the fee.
