On October 10, from 18:30, at Hotel International we are waiting for fathers and future fathers at a new edition of Modern Dad's Challenges, let's talk about "How do we ensure a healthy lifestyle for the child?". They are with us Valeria Herdea, Primary Doctor Family Medicine, Mona Ciurezu, Psychologist and specialist in child and adult sleep Diana Stanculeanu, psychotherapist specialized in the emotional health of children and adolescents. The 10th edition of Modern Dad's Challenges will be moderated by Alex Zamfir, Blogger & Radio Producer.

As parents, we want to provide the child with a healthy lifestyle and as many experiences as possible to help him develop and grow up beautifully. From the food choices we make for him, the time we spend together, moments of relaxation and rest, to what we tell him and how we explain certain things around him or about him, all are part of the normal cycle of lives. Dr. Valeria Herdea, Family Medicine Primary Physician, is coming with us on October 10 with approved information and recommendations about "Child nutrition, respiratory infections and child immunity". We are in the middle of the autumn season, characterized by diseases of the respiratory system, but also a period when the child's immunity is usually affected. What we can do to strengthen the immune system of the little one and how important is the child's nutrition or anti-cold immunization belts in the cold season, we find out in the 10th edition of Modern Dad's Challenges.

The event continues with a presentation "About the child's sleep and co-sleeping". He will be our mentor Mona Ciurezu, Psychologist and Specialist in child and adult sleep. There are many situations in which children often wake up at night, cry in their sleep, have seizures, want to sleep only in bed with their parents. Co-sleeping is a term often used and practiced by parents. We will discuss at length about him, but also about how we can ensure the child a peaceful sleep.

After a short break, we return with a topic that for some parents is still taboo: sexual education for children. When we tell children about their bodies and especially what we tell them, will be the main topic of the speech prepared by Diana Stanculeanu, psychotherapist specialized in the emotional health of children and adolescents: What do we tell the child about his body?
