KEN LEADERSHIP CAMP has ended. We are waiting for you soon with new details about the next urban camps.
Under the slogan "Be the entrepreneur of your own life" and under the urge "Get out of the building", I've created a intensive program of hands-on learning, with lots of play and adventure in nature.
It's a week where children have the opportunity to harness their #superpowers and train new ones. Every child has the potential to become the leader of their own life, to succeed in life and to achieve whatever goal they set their mind to.
prin interactive activities and outdoor games, children learn to be aware of their time and the important and urgent things in their lives, communicate effectively and listen empathetically, find innovative and creative ideas together with the team, make balanced decisions.
The camp challenges children to give more importance to original thinking, to think of solutions and the right solution for situations they encounter at school or in the family, to go from dreaming to building a project and to organize their own income.
It also trains flexibility, resilience, the muscle of learning from mistakes, the power of creativity and teamwork.
Children discover how to become leaders, how to create a harmonious life for themselves and move through it with self-confidence.
You can choose one day for your small entrepreneur or several.
PS: phones, tablets, gadgets will be limited to 30 minutes per day. The rest of the time, they will stay with the trainers.

Children learn about the essential skills and abilities of a leader.
• What are my strengths and "less good" ones.
• What does growth mindset mean and how do we cultivate it.
• Teamwork and why it is important to have good communication.
• How we organize our money wisely.
• What are the steps in planning and organizing a project.
• How we develop our creativity and lateral thinking.
• What is pitching? We are learning to introduce ourselves and create a positive impression in less than 3 minutes!
• We learn to communicate effectively: first we listen, then we speak.

Schedule of the day: 09:00 – 17:00
09:00 – Reception of children
11:30 – Snack
09:30 – 13:30 – Educational workshops
13:30 – Lunch
16:30 – Snack
15:00 – 17:00 – Educational workshops
17:00 – 17:30 – We are waiting for the parents to pick up the children
Free, outdoor play is present every day, along with moments of reflection and alone time!
If the weather permits, some of the educational workshops will take place in nature, in IOR park.

The location is located directly opposite Alexandru Ioan Cuza park, IOR.
We chose this special place to allow us to party as much time as possible outside, in nature.
Age group: 7 – 12 years (children will be divided for activities into 2 groups, by age category)
Lunch + 2 snacks (fruit / homemade cakes)
For the safety of the children, the food is provided by the catering company and individually packed.
Children will be brought to and picked up from the venue Dandy Kids.
