The 12-session module 

Today's children are tomorrow's leaders.

Every child has the potential to become the leader of his own life, to overcome any obstacle and attract new, and suitable opportunities. 

The world we live in is defined by speed, novelty and innovation. That is why it is so important to develop in children a set of life skills and a mindset that will help them embrace all the challenges thrown at them.

In the module KEN Leader's Mindset, we want to guide them to discover their own value, to see in themselves that they are leaders but also to train their teamwork muscle that comes with resilience, negotiation and effective communication.

Through interactive activities and games adapted to their age, within the module, children learn to be aware of their strengths, set growth goals, cultivate perseverance and self-confidence. From the perspective of interacting with others, children learn to work in a team that acts according to a coherent plan, make balanced decisions and find creative solutions, communicate effectively and listen empathetically. They also discover how to speak in public and conceptually map their values and mission to the wider world. 

Under the slogan  Be the entrepreneur of your own life!, children discover what is their relationship with themselves and how they can develop it, what is their relationship with others and how they can increase quality interaction in a team to be then prepared to practice their relationship with the whole world, starting from the community they belong to. 

Entrepreneurial skills are essential, and they are learned now, in childhood and developed throughout life.
