Ken ACADEMY and Anchor Grup organize "Your child entrepreneur”, financial and entrepreneurial education courses for children aged between 9 and 12. Three workshops will be organized in the months of April, May and June, in each of the two malls in the Anchor Grup portfolio: Plaza Mall and Bucharest Mall.
Financial education and entrepreneurship have already become mandatory to help children build their own path, in a time when temptations are everywhere, credit cards are easy to obtain and shopping is just a click away. The professions of the future are not well defined, competition is increasing and the world is constantly changing.
That's why children need guidance to succeed in finding the path they want. The "Your child entrepreneur" workshops aim to challenge children to learn through play and help them develop skills that will help them in life: self-confidence, planning, teamwork, leadership.
Workshop schedule in the Plaza Mall:
- Workshop 1: Planning and Organization (Is it important to have a plan or do we go straight to action? What criteria do we take into account when planning an event or a business? How do we build a Mind Map (MindMap) to have order in ideas and activities?
- Workshop 2: Presentation skills (How can we present ourselves or our ideas? How do we build an impactful presentation? How do we capture the audience's attention? What elements do we need to consider?
- Workshop 3: Am I selling a product or helping the customer find what they need? Selling skills (What does it mean to sell: to convince someone to buy what I have or to offer the customer a solution to their need? What questions do we ask the customer and how do we do it? Why is it important to listen to our customer? What techniques sale can I use?)

- Duration of a workshop: 90 minutes
- Trainer: experience in business, practice in developing skills and working with children
Program of Workshops within Bucharest Mall:
Workshop 1: Team work (What is team and how do we form it? What are the benefits of teamwork? How do we choose our team roles? How do we coordinate with each other to achieve the desired outcome? What are our superpowers? )
- Workshop 2: The entrepreneur and Entrepreneurship (What are the qualities of an entrepreneur and what does he do? What does entrepreneurship mean? How do we build a business? What elements do we need to take into account? How can we turn our dream / talent into reality and make money from it? )
- Workshop 3: What do I do with the money? (What is money and what can we do with it? What impact does it have on our daily lives? How do we organize it? Why is it important to set a goal for saving?)
