Smaranda Gliga
Smaranda's whole life was divided between education and entrepreneurship, and now she found at KEN the space where she could put both into practice.
When she first heard about entrepreneurship, Smaranda was convinced that this was her path. Thus, from the age of 17, he opened a hostel in Constanța. In the following years, he studied at The Entrepreneurship Academy, the first entrepreneurship faculty in Southeast Europe, and grew two more businesses, dedicated to education this time, Activity Camp and Copilării Urbane, the first urban camps in Constanța.
After discovering that education is her calling, she studied in the field of Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest and discovered the status of a young researcher. In order to always be up to date with the most innovative teaching methods, in 2022 he studied for 6 months at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles, where he returned with new perspectives and new plans.
The personal development projects she participated in since she was a child transformed her into the man she is today: brave, always in action, attentive to the needs of those around her, passionate about learning through play and connected to practical experiences. Now, she wants to enthusiastically pass on everything she knows and train these skills in the children she will work with.
"Anyone can become an entrepreneur if they want it hard enough, and I am with the children to help them find out what their greatest desire is, the one that will transform them into authentic entrepreneurs" is the quote with which Smaranda starts on this path.
