How would it be if each of us had the courage and knew how to turn our dream into reality?
"Entrepreneurship is neither science nor art. It's practice!", says Peter Drucker, and a lot of play, creativity and action, we, the KEN Academy team, add.
Entrepreneurship is a type of learning that prepares children for whatever future experience/choice they propose in their personal path. Entrepreneurship is the "key" to success in an unpredictable job market.
Have fun is KEN Academy's partner for this course and supports children's education for the future by being actively involved.
Enroll your child in the KEN Academy program to be part of the world of small entrepreneurs, the place where their dreams take wings, where they understand that they can be financially independent by happily creating projects that bring added value.
Theme & Objectives:
Children will learn:
- About money and financial intelligence
- What is a project initiative (entrepreneurship and the elements of a business);
- Team work - what does a team mean, what are the roles in a team and how do we choose them; what are your superpowers?
- The marketing mix:
- PRODUCT – What are you going to sell? What is the profile of your client and what is his need? Product development – prototype, packaging
- BRANDING – how do you define the business / product brand
- PROMOTION (Promotion) - how do you get people to know about your product?
-
-
- LOCATION (Likes) – where + how + when + how much do I sell? How do I set up my sales stand?
-
- PRICE – how much are you selling for?
-
- A business budget – investment, income, profit
- Sales and presentation techniques – Learn to argue, be persuasive, maintaining a win-win position!
In this module, children will benefit from 2 practical sessions:
- The visit to the Diverta store - session is intended to help children understand a retail business
- Sale fair – The event will be organized and run by children. The purpose of this component is to experientially learn the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, placement). It is also the most appropriate way to develop sales and negotiation, presentation, communication and service delivery skills. During the event, they will understand the roles in the team and the importance of discipline, respect and collaboration with teammates. Furthermore, the profit is theirs!
