One of the ways I can do this is by teaching them the skills they need to be successful in all their adventures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrepreneurial mindsets treat life&#039;s obstacles as challenges to be overcome, and learning these skills from a young age will serve them well for years to come.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most of the skills needed for today&#039;s job market were not taught at school. Systematized education played only a small role in determining who we are today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most educators do not teach the skills or emphasize the qualities needed to thrive in an entrepreneurial role. As a parent, however, you have the opportunity to mold your child into a person who can face any challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Below are eight skills you should instill in your children to prepare them for the future they will one day create for themselves.<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Resilience<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many entrepreneurs face rejection on a daily basis. Resilience and the ability to overcome setbacks are important in the making of many leaders. Help your children understand that failure is not the end of the world. Encourage them to share their feelings and teach them the value of perseverance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Life is full of ups and downs, and building resilience is key to moving forward.
