They are your competition!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What are you doing? Do you give up or follow your passion and dream looking for solutions?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In such an economically developed market, the chances of your idea being completely innovative are slim. But that doesn&#039;t mean you can&#039;t start your own business.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You know what I was saying<a href=\"https:\/\/kenacademy.org\/en\/episodul-2-produsul\/\"><strong> in the last episode<\/strong><\/a>?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competition is important! But always ask yourself: <\/span><span style=\"color: #4a8a7a;\"><b><i>what sets my product apart<\/i><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of others that already exist in the market?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you present your product to a potential customer, the value you provide is made up of the actual product and the sum of the elements that differentiate it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What this means?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It means that it is important to highlight, in addition to the product itself, a set of aspects that make it different from the competition: the way of promotion, the relationship with customers, the packaging, the quality and durability, the price, the sustainability, the location of sale or maybe the ingredients used if we remember our lemonade stand!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a8a7a;\"><b><i>Here&#039;s how he thought about making an entrepreneur<\/i><\/b> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">who wanted to open a pizzeria:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1LSPoOp3NV4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a8a7a;\"><b><i>Continue the discussion <\/i><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with a friend \/ parent to better understand what it means to find &quot;something different&quot; to help you get noticed by customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here are some questions to guide your conversation:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What restaurant do you know that differentiates itself through a special relationship with customers?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What product comes to mind when you think of very good quality?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But at a special price? What product do you know that differentiates itself with an excellent price in relation to the value offered?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4a8a7a;\"><b><i>Challenge to direct experience:<\/i><\/b><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One way you can differentiate yourself from the competition is through the packaging your product has.
